Choose your requirements
Start with passengers, luggage, destination and travel dates. The fleet directory illustrates categories; our team must confirm the actual vehicle and availability. Mention transmission and equipment requirements in your enquiry.
Request a written quote
The published daily rate is R9,000 with a separate R50,000 deposit. Ask for the rental-day calculation, taxes, mileage, fuel arrangements, cover and excess, and optional charges. Your written quote and agreement determine the final cost.
Confirm collection in Pretoria
Agree the precise address and appointment before travelling. Ask which licence, identification, driver eligibility and payment requirements apply. Do not include identity documents or card details in an enquiry message.
Check the vehicle together
At handover, review the condition record, fuel level, mileage and equipment. Record existing marks with the team and clarify return arrangements. Ask who to contact for a breakdown or incident and follow your agreement.
Keep changes agreed
Contact the team before adding drivers, extending the rental or changing destinations. Do not assume an extra day or cross-border trip is authorised. Confirm changes and associated charges in writing.
Complete the return
Return to the agreed location and time, remove belongings and complete the condition review. Retain your return record and ask about the final account and deposit. Release timing and deductions follow your agreement.
